  • Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange your item, we can issue store credit equal to the original purchase price. Store credit can be used on any future purchases and does not expire.

How to Process an Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Return the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Receive Your Exchange or Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or issue store credit promptly. You will receive confirmation via email.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
